Car wash reporting should be easy but, old legacy POS systems have made it hard.

 

We see reporting from the individual car wash store, all the way to the ownership level being done in a manual and time consuming way that is inaccurate or dated by the time it’s finished.

 

Manual reports mean your front-line managers and regional managers are spending time gathering and inputting data rather than engaging with customers and monitoring the car wash.  And because these are manual reports, by the time ownership sees them it's delayed. 

 

The reports we see being manually done are generally summarization reports. A site may have all its data in terms of car count and average ticket but, they are then required to manually input that data into a master spreadsheet or Google Sheets or email it to someone. These reports are in some cases combined by a regional manager.This is information following upstream so, the highest level in the business is often the last to gain the insights.
